Coalition Talk

Much has been made lately of the possibility that a coalition government between Liberals and the NDP will result following another election in Canada. I for one certainly hope there isn't a shred of truth to the story.

I firmly believe that the time to panic isn't now or near. There is nothing to be gained with any form of cooperation between the two parties. The only cooperation that should occur would be in a Liberal minority situation on a case by case basis. The same should rightfully occur between the Liberal and Conservative parties as it does now.

What I do think should happen would be a quick check on who exactly commissioned polls looking at that option from the voters perspective. That would go a long way to ensuring that we know who stirred up the stories to start with.

Just a thought.
